Welcome to Dunmore Gardens. We are a family run event venue. In short we host all manner of events from unique weddings, team bonding sessions and any other quirky events that you wish to dream up.

An Historic House In Donegal, Beside Derry

Our beautiful historic home is just outside of the pretty village of Carrigans. And it is only 10 minutes’ drive from Derry/Londonderry and 20 minutes from Letterkenny.

The Wild Atlantic Way

Dunmore Gardens is in Donegal. And National Geographic voted Donegal as The Coolest Place in the world in 2017. Our 3.5 acres of paradise is a hidden gem. And it is right at the start of the Wild Atlantic Way.

Luxury Retreat

Dunmore is an historic luxury retreat. In fact the current house dates from 1742 but there was a house on the site in 1609. And there is a forgotten iron age fort in the magical woodlands above Dunmore overlooking the Foyle. But most importantly, there are the wonderful, colourful walled gardens. Come make your own history and enjoy the luxury of Dunmore Gardens.

Stumbled upon this beautiful place on accident while looking to kill some time with my daughter. Not from the area we see a sign saying gardens open so we decided to investigate. What a stunning place. The walled garden is stunning with so many varieties of flowers, plants and trees. Truly a garden lovers paradise.
